Have you checked your Microsoft sign-in logs lately?
If not, you should…

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• Logins from unusual locations
• Apps you’ve never used
• Failed sign-in attempts
If anything looks suspicious, contact your IT admin straight away. An attacker with access to a single account can do massive damage to your business.
𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (at a minimum):
✔ 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗙𝗔 on every account
✔ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 for added protection
✔ 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 of backend logs by your IT team
